How long does shipping take?
1-5 business days, not including weekends
Why does shipping take so long?
Every item is screen-printed and made-to-order so that we can give you the lowest possible price.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
I gave you the wrong address! What do I do?
Don't worry! Send us your correct address as soon as possible. If we have already shipped your items to the wrong address, you must wait for it to be returned. Items will not be shipped to the correct address until the original is returned from the incorrect address. An additional $6.00 inconvenience fee will be charged to the customer.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
What is your refund policy?
Provok Clothing does not give cash or credit refunds. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will honor it with a store-credit towards a new item of your choice.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Your information is only used to fulfill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
